Troubleshooting Documents

(If you have login on Zoom application use Method 1 other wise use Method 2- Make sure that your zoom account is logged in by your zoom id)*

Method 1: -

Open your Zoom application-->Click on Setting Icon-->Click on background and effect-->

Click on Plus (+) symbol-->Click on add Image-->Select the image for background.

Method 2: -

Open your Zoom application-->Join a meeting-->Click Three (…) Showing on your Image Screen-->

choose virtual background-->Click on Plus (+) symbol-->Click on add Image-->

Select the image for background.
